When first installed the "Back-up" indicator was on and proved a godsend during the first week, when Telstra simply couldn't get the NBN connection working properly. (Link first, I recall). I have used Unotelly for about 2 years and the service was fine. However, I recently renewed for 3 months and that's when I started having problems. There was a technical issue which I raised with tech support 1 day after I paid for 3 months.
